STORE POLICIES

As a service to our visitors, we provide quality products for purchase through The Spanglish Speaker Store. This is available to residents of the United States. We use secure checkout services in order for you to complete your purchase.

Your personal information such as name, email address, physical address, and telephone number is used to process and ship your order. On occasion, you may receive an email with information about new products, specials, or helpful information from the Site.

STORE RETURN POLICY

When you place an order through The Spanglish Speaker Store, we take every measure to make sure the products arrive to you safely and in top shape. Should you, by any chance, receive a damaged shipment, please reject the shipment and/or inform us via thespanglishspeaker@gmail.com. We will track the original order and will do our best to replace it promptly. Otherwise, we are unable to accept returns.

WHO ON OUR TEAM HAS ACCESS

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

· Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and

· Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
